Sales Policy
We incorporate the highest grade of materials and craftsmanship. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will gladly refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your jewellery. All returned products must be returned in its original condition (not worn).
 
All pieces are quality assured and checked for flaws before they are shipped and logged in our QA system. We will not ship anything that does not conform to our high standards for jewellery excellence. We will also ship our merchandise in a safe and insured manner.
 
To return or exchange please follow these steps:
  1. Inform us within 14 days of receipt via a telephone call at (416) 702-6124, or email at info@tecjewels.com.
  2. A return authorization number will be provided, which you must clearly indicate on the package and on the packing slip.
  3. We will issue a refund back to the method of payment (credit card) once the item is received and checked for quality. It must be in the same condition we shipped it in. If exchanging, we will exchange as per our agreement in our communications.
  4. Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping for returned merchandise must be paid by the customer.
  5. Please note we are not responsible for excessive wear and tear and mishandling of jewellery.
  6. Please keep in mind that fine metals need to be cared for and cleaned periodically with appropriate jewellery cleaning methods.
